we never said that ALL anime characters are asain..just the ones that clearly and obviously resemble and ARE asian. whether if hes a human, demon, god, alien etc. there are a whole bunch of anime characters that "look" white to u people..but actually are asian who live in japan. like initial d, eyeshield 21, sailor moon, gintama, naruto, bleach, clannad, hikaru no go, slam dunk, death note etc etc etc. and of course dragon ball/z/gt is one of them. but there are also anime that arent asian or dont have asian characters..like one piece, full metal alchemist (tho there are some in Brotherhood version), chrono crusade, d.gray man (also some in there), the tower of druaga, tengen toppa gurren lagann etc

and if u say that the characters are white because of the way the eyes are drawn..then you are a moron..and dont even know the reason why specific eyes are drawn for specific characters..for example female characters are drawn with large eyes for expression and guys are drawn with smaller eyes cause they dont express as much..and also the saying "the eyes are the window to the soul" for children they usually have large eyes cause they are innocent and havent experience evil or corrupt nature of the world. old people have tiny eyes and have the "wise" look cause they have seen to much and villains have small eyes cause they show distrust and or course evil

I can never get over how stupid someone or some people must be to think that it is okay to cast a white guy for a friggin Asian guy. I'm sure there is no shortage of Asian actors in hollywood so there really is no reason for shit like this.

Doesn't matter. It would have sucked even if they had used an Asian actor. Even the first Dragonball film was better than this crap and that one was abysmal.

The only thing i'll say is that Goku was an alien. he may not have been white, but he he's not asian either.
